Speaking of which, did you know that the fruit we usually call a 'banana' is more accurately referred to as a 'dessert banana'? And that the first known use of the slapstick banana peel gag was recorded by vaudeville comedian Cal Stewart? (Yes, I am on a fic-related research kick.) Fascinating things, bananas.
