Perfect as usual. You have a deft hand with the humor here--first of all, the funny parts are wickedly hilarious, but it never tips past being too silly, and it's clear that Rose and Ten know the humor = avoidance dance--which makes their jokes and teasing by turns bittersweet and just plain sweet. I think the best part of the humor is that it springs naturally from the characters (“I like the smell of rotting plants!”) and never feels forced.
And oh! You've made me enjoy a Ten/Rose romance! That's a freaking miracle. :) Thanks as always for sharing your fics--reading them always brightens my day (and many others, by the looks of the comments here!).
